Florida State University's School of Music was the original calling card for Jonathan to relocate to Tallahassee in 1997. As the natural beauty of the Panhandle began to appeal to him, Jonathan decided to settle in and lay down roots. With his vast knowledge of the area and a background in Sales & Management, he has the required instruments to navigate customers through what can be the most significant purchase or sale in their adult life. His primary goal is to always ensure that the Real Estate transaction is handled with ease, but to also find enjoyment in the process as well.

Born and raised in the surrounding area, Chad is a true Tallahassee native. With an extensive background in Marketing & Design, he adds a great deal of flair and style to Spotlight Real Estate. His professional determination and keen eye for detail allow him to keep the audience focused on the Spotlight team. By placing the brand center stage, Chad shines a light on the needs of all patrons in attendance.
Chad is a Licensed Interior Architect & Designer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture & Design from Florida State University.
